About Max Properties
Max Properties was founded by Sharad Mehta and began with a single property purchase in 2010. Sharad Mehta graduated with his degree in Accounting from Baruch College back in 2005 and has several years of experience in accounting. He worked first for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company and then for one of the largest Accounting firms in the world before setting his sights on real estate investment.
Sharad began investing in real estate with a worst-case-scenario proof plan. He used ready money, not debt, to purchase property in promising communities. Just wanted to do a quick update on the projects we have in our pipeline. Our projects have changed since the last time I posted this. Since the last time, we sold 4 of our Turnkey properties. We sold 177th Place and Waveland Avenue to an investor from Chicago. These were his #8 and #9 properties that he purchased from us. We also sold Chestnut …
Bigger Street, Merrillville update
We have an investor who is interested in purchasing 3 properties from us – Bigger St, Crane Pl and Nebraska Avenue. Crane Pl is ready and rented out so we are moving ahead with that property and we will be starting rehab of Nebraska Avenue project next month so that one won’t be ready for closing until sometime in March.
